Unify the Provinces
SpecialCD: 3TGrant target ally United until the end of battle. Then all allies with United gain Defense Up for 2 turns and Turn Meter equal to Kublai Khan’s Spark. Kublai Khan loses all Spark.
Chao
PassiveAt the end of each of his turns, Kublai Khan gives all allies 1 stack of Banknote, which cannot be dispelled. Banknote: +2% Max Protection and Defense per stack.
Vast Empire
PassiveFor every unique Nation tag (such as Mongol, France, or China), Kublai Khan has +5% Max Health, Protection, and Defense. Other allies gain half of these stats. Allies with United have +15 Speed. Whenever an ally with United uses an ability, all allies with United, and Kublai Khan, gain 4% Turn Meter.
Chinese Exploitation
PassiveNemesis: China = China allies lose 30% Defense and gain +60% Defense Penetration. Other allies gain +10% Defense and start the battle with one stack of Banknote.
Spark: Great Khan
PassiveWhenever an ally attacks out of turn, Kublai Khan gains 3% Spark.
