Legion commander who builds power through troop synergies and activates a gamechanging ultimate that grants Roman allies unstoppable momentum.
Abilities
Soldier's Slash
BasicDeal damage to target enemy and inflict ability block. If the target wasn't Roman, deal damage again. If Julius Caesar has No Return, this ability's additional effects trigger regardless of target enemy's faction, and it deals an additional 25% damage. Julius Caesar gains 7% Spark.
Legion's Assault
SpecialCD: 3TSummon two Caesar's Legionnaire troops. If no legionnaires can be summoned, instead grant all Roman troops Attack Up for 2 turns. Then call all Caesar's Legionnaire troops to assist. If the target enemy isn't Roman, these assists deal 50% more damage. If the target enemy is defeated, reset the cooldown of this ability. If Julius Caesar has No Return, these assists deal an additional 50% damage. Julius Caesar gains 13% Spark.
Veni, Vidi, Vici
SpecialCD: 4TSummon two Caesar's Legionnaire. If all troop summon slots are full, promote target Caesar's Legionnaire to Caesar's Centurion. If all Caesar's Legionnaires have already been promoted, instead heal them all by 20% health and protection and reduce the cooldowns of all allies by 1. Then Julius Caesar gains 10% Spark, an additional 2% Spark for each Caesar's Legionnaire ally and 4% Spark for each Caesar's Centurion ally. If Julius Caesar has No Return, heal all Roman allies by 40% and grant them Attack Up for 1 turn.
Crossing The Rubicon
SpecialJulius Caesar dispels all debuffs on all allies, all Roman allies recover 70% health and protection and gain the buff No Return until the end of battle. Then all allies gain a bonus turn and Julius Caesar has his cooldowns reset and gains Targeted and Defense Down for 2 turns. These debuffs cannot be dispelled. All Roman Troops summoned by Julius Caesar while he has No Return also have No Return. No Return: +50% Attack, Defense and Resolve. Can ignore taunt effects. Note: This ability requires 100% Spark and can only be used once per battle. Does NOT consume Spark. Caesar does NOT gain a bonus turn.
Imperator
PassiveRoman Allies have +25% Health, Crit Chance, Crit Damage and +30 Speed. Roman Troops have +15% Attack and Defense. Whenever a Roman Troop uses an ability during their turn, Julius Caesar gains 2% Spark. Whenever a Roman Hero uses an ability during their turn, Julius Caesar gains 4% Spark. Other heroes cannot summon troops. At the start of battle, Caesar gains the summon slots of all other allied heroes. If another ally would summon a troop ally, for each troop ally they would summon, all allies gain 10% turn meter
Dictator Perpetuo
PassiveJulius Caesar has additional speed equal to his Spark. He has additional Intuition and Resolve equal to half his Spark. While Julius Caesar has No Return, he gives half of these stats to all allies.
